Some say that it had come within a Cat’s whisker of Oblivion, & with India having a whole gamut of Mithais
Sweets or Desserts on offer, we inevitably had our favorite in the Classic,
Good old! Nariyal Barfi!

That said, it also fairly obviously became a very blatant challenge to revive the prestige value of the
Nariyal Barfi.

Charily churned out Shavings of Coconut, ardently simmered in flavored milk, ours is a gingerly approach
to the hows around this classic Dessert that render this Barfi its distinct Texture & Flavour.
